Description

Phased dynamics in the energy transfer between a ball and a rubber determines the rubber performance. Traditionally phased physical dynamics has been developed to produce the maximized spin and speed easily at lower swing speed. But the table tennis professionals can deliver solid contacts to the ball at higher swing speed. Their energy can be transferred more efficiently and precisely with the new dynamics, specially phased for the professional play. OMEGA V focused on the new dynamic mechanism for top professionals. Solid clicking, energy-charged repulse, and precise energy transfer allows the advantageous edge in small and big shots of the professional game. Experience the new dynamics and Win with us.

1 review for Xiom Omega 5 Pro

  1. Chris Lindorff

Very impressed. The Xiom Omega V Pro is great for heavy topspin forehands, especially for players like me that achieve a high arc in their loops. I previously used a Yasaka Mark V on my forehand, but the Xiom Omega is a few notches up in speed and spin (using a Butterfly Primorac Off- blade). I was very impressed with the little effort needed to undertake a strong forehand loop, with the ball dipping very quickly over the net and staying low. This has reduced my errors of hitting the ball too long and has made it even more difficult for my opponent to return.
Heavy chopping can be achieved with good results, but does require careful management and a soft hand, as the ball rockets forward against a heavy chop. I was very surprised how much control I had with the short ball shots, expecting it to be difficult to drop low and close to the net. However, it proved very comfortable and reliable.
Blocking heavy topsin seemed a little tricky at first, but once I trusted the rubber’s ability to return at a low angle, all went well. An open bat return would invariably go long.
I would recommend this rubber to players that enjoy a fast topsin game and who have already mastered good control with slower rubbers and ready for increased speed.
